The benchmarks got a beating but they managed to still have a nice return.
My stocks and Virtual Magic find portfolio
The Virtual Magic Formula portfolio returned 0,39 %. That is bad, not enought to keep up with inflation.
My stocks returned 4,34% Enough to say I didn't loose any money.
Looking at 2007 I would have been better of investing in the indexes.
Let's hope 2008 is a beter year for the Magic Formula stocks
Dogs of Euronext
The whole year they stayed under the return of the indexes and of the magic formula stocks.
Having a negative return of 6,97% at the end of 2007.
I will not continue this test in 2008.
However I'm thinking of doing another test.
I will get back to you on that soon.
